5:00 pm - Arrive at Hatfield Farm ~ Arrivez a la ferme Hatfield
Park in the main parking lot, walk up to the Sheriff’s office. There, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver, and you will be given a meal ticket, and a ticket to get aboard one of the horse-drawn wagons. The wagons will start departing for the Ceremony site at 5:00 pm sharp. The wedding will be moved inside in case of rain, but be sure to take a jacket as going outside will be unavoidable.
Stationnez-vous dans le stationnement principal et marcher au bureau du Shérif. On vous donnera un billet pour monter à bord d'un des chariots tiré par des chevaux, les chariots partent a 5:00 pm précis vers l'emplacement de la cérémonie. En cas de pluie, la cérémonie prendra place a l'intérieur, mais faitent sûr d'ammener un manteau car il vous sera impossible d'éviter l'extérieur.
5:30-6:00 pm - Wedding Ceremony ~ Cérémonie de Mariage
6:00-7:00 pm - Wedding Photos ~ Photos de Noce
Guests will walk to the Lodge while the Wedding Party and immediate family are busy getting their photos taken. The Rubber Rodeo and Mini Golf will be open for Guests during this time.
Les invités se rendent à l'emplacement de la réception tandis que les Mariés et la famille immédiate font leurs prise de photo. Le "Rubber Rodeo" et le mini golf seront ouverts pour les invités pendant ce temps.
7:00-8:00 pm - Dinner ~ Dîner
8:00 pm -12:00 am - Reception and Dance ~ Réception et Danse
Throughout the evening transportation will be provided to take you from the Reception site, back to the parking area. The last wagon leaves from the Reception site at 11:45 pm. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!! A taxi can be called for you by the staff at Hatfield Farms.
Tout au long de la soirée le transport sera fourni pour vous rammener de l'emplacement de la réception jusqu'au stationnement. Le dernier chariot part de l'emplacement de la réception à 11:45 pm on vous rappel que L'ALCOOL AUX VOLANT EST CRIMINEL ! ! Si vous désirez un taxi, vous n'avez qu'a demander aux personnels de la fermes Hatfield.
